Settlement Accounting
With facilities to account for vessel share, crew share, crew bonus, voyage expenses, season expenses and direct expenses the Sea Compliance Vessel Settlement module provides an extensive account structure for managing vessel settlements.
The majority of vessel expenses are voyage expenses and entering them to the system is straightforward. Expenses can be entered in batches for a vessel or in batches by a vendor.
Defining a vessel's settlement structure is simplified with a drag and drop interface for expense allocation. The settlement configuration offers a wide scope to account for a variety of vessel settlement structures. Within the settlement configuration, vessel expense categories can be defined generally, or as specific as is necessary to meet your requirements.
