An Internet connection with a static IP address is required for ERS API Sales Note submission. Online technical support and assistance also requires a broadband Internet connection. If you do not have a static IP address or your current Internet Service Provider dose not provide this service we are a Zen Internet Ltd Affiliate and can provide this service for you.
