On request of a remote support session, you will be prompted to join a support session and subsequently authorise the support assistant to access your desktop. While the support assistant has access to your desktop you can see and interact with activity they are performing for the support session.
Remote support sessions are always confidential and secure. Access cannot be gained to your computer without your approval.
With the use of remote support you can grant access to your computers or servers to quickly diagnose and correct any technical issues. This avoids the additional call out charges incurred in time and travel to reach your site to address the problem.
Often it is easier to demonstrate the use of an application for training rather than following a technical document. Remote Support provides a shared desktop session where a Sea Compliance trainer can demonstrate to your users while they sit at their desks. Remote training can be conducted one to one or in the form of a remote training presentation for more members of your staff.
A broadband connection is required for remote support.
